80/10/10 was an eye opening book for me. I read it about 12 years ago while on a standard diet and halfway through the book I was convinced and went raw.
I still hold it as the goal to strive for and the best diet for long term success.

The 80/10/10 diet changed our lives. Zoli read the book first, and after finishing it, he looked at my plate with a critical look. I had to hide with my dinner until I read the book a few days later. I remember how Zoli repeatedly showed his hands as proof of our fruit-eater biology
