When I try to submit question 3 in the questionnaire, a page comes up saying 403 Forbidden, "you don't have permission to access this resource"

I've looked around for issues, but haven't found any obvious one.
-Someone else filled the whole questionnaire since your report
-I was able to submit q3 with my account too.
Could you please check if it was maybe a temporal issue?
